- Your suite is fully furnished with both wired and wireless internet access, as well as a television (cable not included).
- The Residence features laundry facilities, a communal kitchen, BBQ area with picnic tables, TV lounges, a games room, and a 24-hour staffed front desk.
- Participate in the exciting weekly events orchestrated by your RA team, or actively contribute to your campus community. Your residence experience is designed for both comfort and community engagement.
Residence Amenities
Equipped with full-size stoves, these kitchens provide residents the opportunity to cook at their convenience.
The front desk provides a variety of services, including, but not limited to, guest sign-ins, package pickup, assistance with inquiries and providing residents with convenient 24/7 support.
Dedicated housekeepers ensure the cleanliness of kitchen and bathroom areas. Residents are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their bedrooms and disposing of their own garbage.
Within the Residence, you’ll discover 24/7 laundry facilities equipped with washers and dryers. The washers and dryers operate on a prepaid card system, with a fee of $2.00 for washing in cold water, $2.25 for hot water, and $2.00 for drying per load.
The Residence offers inviting communal spaces where residents can come together, including a well-equipped games room, a dance studio, and comfortable TV lounges.
Residents can report maintenance issues at the Front Desk or online via the My Housing Portal. Maintenance workers will promptly address and resolve reported concerns in each student’s suite.
