Ontario Tech U Residence offers diverse All-You-Care-To-Eat Meal Plan options through Chartwells, the food service provider.
South Village Residence – Mandatory Plan
- All South Village residents must purchase a mandatory Residence Dining Plan directly through Chartwells
- Ordering will become available following the June 3rd deadline and room type assignment
- All plans are non-refundable, non-transferable, except for students leaving the institution or moving out
Simcoe Village Residence – Optional Plan
- Simcoe Village residents can choose to purchase a Meal Plan directly through Chartwells, but it is not mandatory
- Ordering will become available following the June 3rd deadline and room type assignment
- Non-refundable, non-transferable, except for students leaving the institution or moving out

Option 1 – 7 Day Meal Plan
- Unlimited meals in South Village Dining Hall
- $250 flex dollars
- Cost: $7,129.00 (Academic Year, September 2024 – April 2025)
- Includes 4 guest passes
Option 2 – 5 Day Meal Plan
- Unlimited meals Monday–Friday in South Village Dining Hall
- $325 flex dollars
- Cost: $6,529.00 (Academic Year, September 2024 – April 2025)
- Includes 2 guest passes
Option 3 – 7 Day Meal Plan – One Semester Only
- Unlimited meals in South Village Dining Hall
- $150 flex dollars
- Cost: $3,869.00 (One Semester Only – Fall 2024 OR Winter 2025)
- Includes 2 guest passes
Option 4 – 5 Day Meal Plan – One Semester Only
- Unlimited meals Monday–Friday in South Village Dining Hall
- $200 flex dollars
- Cost: $3,569.00 (One Semester Only – Fall 2024 OR Winter 2025)
- Includes 1 guest pass
Residence Dining Plans:
- All-You-Care-To-Eat at South Village Dining Hall.
FLEX Dollars:
- Loaded onto your dining card and can be used at DCEats’ eateries and kiosks, including Tim Hortons (B-Wing, SSB, Galleria, C-Wing and Whitby Tim Hortons)
- Carried over year to year
- Must be used by October 31st if not returning as a registered student
