Our convenient apartments provide everything you need for comfortable university living, including on-site laundry facilities and internet access, as well as essential utilities such as water, gas, and electricity. These services are all included in your rent, so you won’t have to worry about paying extra for them every month. (Food, tuition, and books are not included.)

Oshawa North is home to a vibrant community of students, which means that you’ll have the option to share your suite with one to four other roommates, pending your room style. We’ll ask you about your interests, hobbies, and study habits, then use that information to match you with students who are just like you! If you already have friends in mind who you’d like to share your space with, you can send us a request. Please be aware that your request will only be accepted if your friend also requests you as their roommate. Everyone signs a lease as an individual, so each student is responsible for paying the advertised residence fee to avoid complicated math and hassle among roommates.
