Residence Rates

2026-2027 Term (September 2026- August 2027) – 12 Months

OPTION 1

  • $21,180.00 due June 30, 2026

OPTION 2

  • 12 monthly payments of $1765.00 paid on the 1st of every month*

    *Payments begin as of July 1, 2026 and end on June 1, 2027

Electricity is separate from residence fees and will be charged by usage.
Wifi is not provided and is the responsibility of the student to set up with a service provider independently.
